The indoor pool and spa provided the needed rest and relaxation we didn’t know we needed.

The bathroom fan was ridiculously loud, which made using the bathroom at night a real hassle for everyone else. Additionally, the sink in our room had a slight drip that wasn’t loud enough to wake me but was annoying enough to be bothersome. It's frustrating when such simple maintenance issues detract from an otherwise decent stay.

Cozy room, pleasant atmosphere, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi, made for a comfortable stay where I enjoyed the indoor pool and relaxing jacuzzi after a long day of exploring.

During my stay, I loved how the hotel was just a less than 5-minute walk to McDonald's for quick meals and almost 2 km from the Harney County Historical Museum, which is perfect for enriching my city strolls while soaking in the local culture. the friendly staff and cozy environment made it feel like a home base after my adventures.

Had a great stay with friends! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Harney County Historical Museum and enjoying the John Scharff Migratory Bird Festival. The pool was big and clean, and the breakfast had plenty of tasty options to fuel our adventures.

But check-in was a bit slow, which delayed our plans. It would have been better if they had more staff available at busy times.

Breakfast was a surprise hit and started our day off right! We even spotted some amazing birds nearby after visiting the Malheur Bird Refuge.

My children wanted more hot breakfast options. those ran out too early.

Noise from a nearby party disrupted our sleep well into the night, and the beds were not as comfortable as expected.

During my stay, the hotel was welcoming and had fresh coffee and hot cider available upon arrival. The room was large, clean, and featured new carpet, which is often hard to find. The breakfast was well-stocked, offering a variety of options including sausages, eggs, and biscuits, making for a fulfilling start to the day. The staff promptly accommodated our requests, making our experience comfortable.
